Why do these Practices?
To rewire the nervous system and really support deep transformational inner work we need to befriend our nervous system, practice resourcing daily, to weave it into our lives so it is accessible when we're stressed or triggered.
 
We know that most of us struggle to stick with new practices. This is what I've experienced personally and what I see in clients and students I've worked with.


In the 15-minute practices I guide participants in:

*Attuning to our bodies, emotions and nervous systems. 

*Practicing resourcing (to expand our nervous system capacities and flexibility to live embodied).

*Releasing stress, increasing energy, feeling grounded, present and centered.


Yes, it’s possible to experience some or all of these in a short 15 min. practice. The benefits grow over time and the key is doing it daily.

These are primarily experiential practice-based, simple and gentle. There is a huge variety because we're all individual as to what works for us.
​

When we practice Resourcing daily – when we’re NOT particularly activated - This creates a stable foundation that we can more easily access when we do become emotionally triggered. It’s when we don't have this foundation of resourcing and safety that our nervous system gets stuck in fight/flight/freeze mode, leaving us feeling chronically stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or shutdown, disconnected, unmotivated. 

Who this is for:
For those who want to incorporate more embodiment and nervous system resilience into their daily lives. And for those who are doing deep inner transformational work and want to support that work with nervous system flexibility and increased capacity to process and be present with everything that arises. 
Practitioners and coaches send your clients for extra nervous system support between your sessions with them.

Courses, Workshops and classes:
Nervous System Resilience Course - An all online self-paced course introducing how the nervous system works, including the Polyvagal Theory and how to regulate your nervous system and help others. Besides easy to understand theory this course emphasizes experientially learning through your own nervous system. Details and Registration here. (This course is under reconstruction as of September 2024)

Natural Flow Movement - a 5 week course (one session a week, 90min. each) Not currently offered. Request more info if interested. 

How to Fully Embody Emotions - a 3 hour workshop including theory and experiential practices. Not currently offered.

Qigong classes - Current and ongoing: Tuesdays and Thursdays.
