About

Picture
My mission is to support Individual Flourishing and Collective Belonging. After many years struggling with my "dark night of the soul" (addiction, anxiety/depression and trauma)I have come through like a phoenix rising from the ashes, oriented in my heart, connected with a deep guiding source that wants to dance with life and collaborate with others. It has taken a lot of work, groping in the dark, finding help through many modalities and especially through healing loving relationships, grace and creativity.

It's still an ongoing unfolding process. Along the way I have developed a number of skills to help others. I see myself as a skilled ally with many tools assisting others to find their healing and transformational process. I see it more as a collaboration together as we all get in touch with the life source and wisdom that comes through shared presence with heart-ful intention.
