Welcome to my website.

I am an artist who studied Drawing and Painting at Glasgow School of Art from 1991-1995. After working outside of the art world for several years and only being able to paint in my spare time I recently moved to Crail and grabbed the chance to return to painting full time.

I work in a variety of mediums, although mainly in oil, and colour has always been the main focus of my work. I use a variety of subject matter usually taken from nature to explore the effects of different colour combinations, shape and pattern to create bold and vibrant expressions that reflect the beauty and energy of the subject.

The website is a new venture so please keep visiting as new work will appear regularly along with information on forthcoming exhibitions.
